"We have had our home, vehicles and recreational items insured with Jay for the last 13-14 years. Jay & all of office staff have always been helpful & friendly. I recently hit a deer with my new SUV at night. I called the next morning, they transferred me to a claims agent who was very helpful and sent the work order to the preferred body shop closest to my house. The shop called me to bring my car in immediately. They ended up keeping my vehicle because when they opened the hood to check inside they could not close it.
