"When Rex Garner retired last year, my accounts were separated and divided among two State Farm offices. I have no idea why. When paying a bill in December, a double payment went to one office and a delinquent payment notice was sent by the second office. Again, I do not know how it could get so screwed up. I spoke with Deanna Keys to get it worked out. She called back after a few hours to explain where things stood and that it would be corrected. Jay's office has diligently communicated notices of policy changes and reviews, requesting opportunities to meet in person or over the phone to review insurance needs. I'm pleased with the Temaat office staff for the help and work. Thanks."
